Context

Ricoma International Corporation is a Miami, Florida-based company specializing in industrial embroidery machinery and technological solutions for the textile industry. As part of its international expansion, Ricoma granted one of our clients the official distribution for Mexico, which required more than just translating existing materials: the challenge was to strategically adapt the brand to the Mexican market and build a solid commercial presence from scratch. Our studio was responsible for developing and implementing the comprehensive launch and positioning strategy for Ricoma Mexico.

Solution

The project ranged from market research and competitive analysis to the development of the positioning strategy, the creation of visual identity, and the production of communication materials. Brand pillars, tone of voice, key messages, and the most effective communication channels to connect with the target audience in Mexico were defined. The result was a solid and coherent brand that reflects the client's innovation and disruptive approach.
